What if the learner doesn't like the lesson and asks for a refund?

If a learner is very dissatisfied and submits a refund request, the tutor will have the opportunity to submit a rebuttal of the refund request with their point of view of what happened. With this information, our team will decide whether the refund request will be accepted or not.
