The LIM platform is designed to register the same timezone as your operating system (the timezone you have in your computer's system preferences area). If you see that the timezone is different in your LIM profile, please sign-out and sign-in again to your profile.
If after logging out and logging back in, your timezone still doesn't match with your computer, please verify if any of the following is true:
1) You are using a VPN which sets your internet connection to a different location than your computer.
2) You have installed a web extension or add-on which allows you to manually set a specific timezone for your browser which is different from that of your computer.
3) You are using a browser that has reported instances of times being set differently on websites than on the computer (Firefox or Edge).
If any of these 3 are true, they are likely causing the timezone to be different and should be removed to see the correct timezone in your LIM profile.
For the best experience, and to resolve any issues with your profile's timezone, we recommend accessing your LIM profile from Chrome or Safari without the use of any VPN, web extension or add-on.
