3 Tips to Help Save Bandwidth During Lessons:
1) Close Other Applications
Leaving programs running in the background while in your lesson competes for and uses more bandwidth than necessary.
2) Turn off your video
Turning off the video saves bandwidth to improve the quality of the audio.
3) Upload materials to the lesson instead of using screen sharing
Conserve bandwidth during lessons by reducing screen sharing. Review the files with your student during the lesson by adding them to the lesson so your student can open them on their own computer and review them with you without requiring screen sharing.
It may also be helpful to try restarting your computer, and also reloading the page.
