What should a tutor do if a learner is late for a lesson?

If a learner is late, the tutor should not add time to the end of the lesson unless the learner is late due to extraordinary circumstances. The tutor must wait for the learner for the entire duration of the lesson because their learner may arrive at any time.

If after the entire duration of the lesson the learner still has not shown up, the tutor needs to mark the lesson as not completed due to the learner’s absence. The tutor will receive the full payment for the lesson if it is not completed due to the learner’s absence.
