If a tutor does not show up for a confirmed lesson, then the learner will receive the credit that was used to pay for this lesson back in their account as a refund, and the learner will also receive credit for 1 free lesson to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the tutor’s absence.
If a student does not show up for a confirmed lesson, then the tutor will still be paid - meaning the learner will lose the credit that was used to pay for this lesson.
After the lesson ends, mark the lesson as a no-show by indicating that the lesson was not completed due to either type of absence in the lesson completion steps.
