How can I change a Level Test score after it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, once a level test has been submitted and scored, we are not able to modify the results. However, what you can do is add a new Level Test to your next lesson and use the option to select "overall" scores (instead of scoring individual responses) to submit the new test with the correct scores. These scores will replace the existing scores for your student.
