How can I join my lesson? I don't see the Join Lesson button.

It is important to always check the status of your lesson and to remember that the Online Lesson Space is only available for confirmed lessons.

Scheduled lessons are not confirmed and can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time. A lesson is only confirmed once it is paid for and confirmed by both the tutor and learner.

If your lesson is in the Unconfirmed section of your Lessons page, this means it it scheduled and not confirmed. You will not see the Join Lesson button because the lesson is not confirmed.

Once a lesson is confirmed, you will see a button to join the Lesson Space with the lesson in the Confirmed lessons section of your Lessons page.
