I scheduled a lesson with a tutor yesterday and the tutor still hasn't confirmed yet. What can I do?

After a lesson has been scheduled, we expect tutors to reply within no more than 48 hours. Ideally, tutors will respond sooner than this, but we understand that life can be unpredictable and therefore seek to allow tutors a reasonable timeframe to reply within.

 

If a tutor hasn't confirmed a lesson within 48 hours, our platform automatically cancels the lesson for you and schedules new lessons with new tutors based on which tutors best fit your needs and schedule to make sure you get a confirmed lesson as soon as possible.
