What if the learner fails to complete the Level Test?

If the learner does not submit the Written Level Test before the lesson, the tutor may ask them to submit it after the lesson.

If the learner submits the Written Level Test without all the questions answered or does not submit it at all, the tutor has the option to select an overall reading and writing scores by clicking "I cannot score all the Written Test questions."

If the tutor is unable to ask all of the Oral Test questions, similarly, they can select an overall score for speaking and listening by clicking "I cannot score all the Oral Test questions." 

If the learner is a beginner, the tutor should try to ask as many questions as possible, but should not make the learner feel pressured by continuing with questions beyond the learner’s level. The tutor can mark questions that the learner cannot answer with an A0 score.
