If you have used your payment to confirm a lesson please follow these steps:
1) Cancel the lesson by clicking the "cancel" button on your Lessons page
2) Request a refund by going to your Payments page and clicking on the button "Refund Credit"
3) Enter the amount you would like refunded and click the "Refund" button
If you haven't used the credits for any lesson then you only need to complete steps 2 and 3.
We cannot process refunds for payments more than 180 days in the past. For this reason, it is important to complete your refund request before this window of time has expired.
