I purchased a package of lessons to receive a discount, why are all lessons still the same price?

When you purchase a package of credits, the discount is applied to the credits you acquire with the package - you are given more credits with the purchase than you paid for.

As shown on the Packages page, when you purchase a package - for example for 10 hours of lessons - you receive USD$180 credits but you pay only USD$153. You can also see this in the Payments History section on your Payments page (as shown in screenshot below).

 

In other words, if you were to purchase 10 individual lessons, it would normally cost USD$180.

However, when you purchase a package, you receive this value of credits (USD$180) to use for 10 lessons but you only paid USD$153.

 

This is why the prices listed on our homepage shows lower hourly rate when you purchase the package.
