Problems with Camera/Microphone Access

If Chrome won't allow access to your camera or microphone, there are a few things to check:

1. Try using an incognito window. This will be helpful to make sure there aren't any Chrome extensions causing issues.
2. Check another browser to see if the issue persists. This helps us check if it's a system-wide issue or a browser specific issue.
3. Please confirm you are on the latest browser version. You can do this by going to chrome://settings/help
4. Please confirm what permissions you have set for the microphone and camera. You can do this by going to chrome://settings/content - check that limlessons.com is allowed under both the camera and the microphone

Some issues can be specific to devices. 

PCs:

Windows computers have a system setting that allows applications to access your camera and microphone. Please follow these steps to enable access:

1. Open Windows Settings
2. Select Privacy
3. Select Camera
4. Locate the toggle "Allow apps to access your camera" and set to "On"
5. Scroll down and ensure your browser of choice has individual permission to access your camera
6. Repeat this process for the Microphone setting 

Macs:

1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, then click Privacy.
2. Click Camera.
3. Select the tickbox next to an app to allow it to access the camera. Deselect the tickbox to turn off access for that app.
4. Follow the same process for your microphone

If you don't see the Camera/Microphone setting in the Privacy section, please update your Mac OS to the latest version - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchlpx1065/mac

If you have multiple audio devices connected to your Mac, it might sometimes not select the one you are trying to use. Here's how you can change those settings:

1. Open your System Preferences
2. Click on "Sound"
3. Click the "Input" option
4. Here you will see a list of your audio input devices - select the device you are wanting to use.
