We ask learners and tutors to access the Online Lesson Space before their lesson to ensure that their camera and microphone are functioning normally.
It is important to verify that you have the necessary settings for LIM online lessons. You must have the latest version of one of the following browsers:
For desktop and laptop computers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Electron, Safari.
And for mobile devices: Google Chrome for Android, Firefox for Android, Safari for iOS iPhone / iPad.
If your camera is not working, make sure that access is not being blocked by your browser.
