What if I don’t see my tutor or learner during the lesson?

For in-person lessons, if you cannot find your tutor or learner, you can access their telephone number in the lesson confirmation email and call them. You can also view their contact phone number on your Lessons page 30 minutes before and during the lesson by clicking the button "I can't find my tutor" or "I can't find my learner".

For online lessons, if you do not see your tutor or learner, you should mark the lesson as not completed due to the other user's absence as soon as the lesson time ends.
