Why can't I see my student's submitted homework?

Homework is a very important part of the learning process, so our goal is to make managing homework as easy as possible for our tutors and learners. All homework files are attached to each lesson on the Lessons page so that both tutors and learners can easily reference back to previous lessons and assignments (rather than search through emails and attachments). 

After each lesson, you will be asked to add a homework assignment for your student or group. This can include specific files or only written directions.

Once your student or group submit their homework, you will see an orange icon of a paper and pen appear on the Lessons pages over the Confirmed or Completed tab.

To see the submitted homework, scroll down to the lesson with the same orange icon and the text Add Graded Homework and click to expand the lesson.

NOTE: If your student or group hasn't submitted any homework, you will not see the orange icon or text and you will will see a message informing you of this below the Homework assignment and any assigned file.

Once your student does submit their homework, it will appear as a file thumbnail with an orange button below which you should click to send the graded homework file to your student. You will also be able to submit a homework score and feedback.

NOTE: For groups, if you see a submitted file from only one member of the group, this doesn't mean the homework from the other group members is missing, it just means that only one student in the group did the homework and the others did not.

You will know who has submitted their homework because you will see the student's name appended to the file name in the thumbnail (by Ana in the example below). These files submitted for homework are private in groups, so only the specific student will see their submitted homework file and the graded homework file that you submit.
