I have submitted my video several times, it follows all of the requirements but it keeps on getting rejected. What can I do?

Some videos are not accepted because they are uploaded as invalid file types - meaning they cannot be reviewed or accepted. This may be the case with your videos. We highly recommend using the recording option available to make sure the video you upload is a compatible format and can be reviewed and accepted.
