It has been two weeks since my lesson, why isn't the payment for the lesson available in my account?

Lessons payments are released two weeks after the lesson transitions to completed status. If a tutor and student do not complete all of the completion steps, a lesson may only transition to completed 5 days after the lesson (when it is transitioned automatically by our system). This means that in this case, the payment would only be released 19-21 days after the lesson, so this could explain why the payment does not yet appear available for you.
