If you would like to offer one-on-one lessons to your employees, you can:
1) Create an account for your business at www.limlessons.com/en/sign-up (we only have one sign up page - it is the same page for businesses, students and tutors).
2) Ask your employees to create an account at www.limlessons.com/en/sign-up.
3) Purchase the credits you would like transferred to for your employees for their lessons. You can purchase credits on the Payments page of your profile.
4) Send an email to hello@limlessons.com with the following information:
- The email you used to create your business's LIM account
- The email addresses of your employees to whom we should deposit the credit
- How much you would like deposited to each student/employee
5) We will reply within 48 hours confirming the completion of the credit transfer.
6) Your employees will be able to use the credit deposited to their accounts to freely schedule their lessons with our tutors.
If you would like to offer group lessons to your employees, you can:
1) Create an account for your business at www.limlessons.com/en/sign-up (we only have one sign up page - it is the same page for businesses, students and tutors).
2) Create a Group for your employees at www.limlessons.com/en/groups (click on the Groups option in your main menu).
3) Click on the button "Add members to my group".
4) If your employees already have a LIM account, search for them by name or email and invite them to join your group. They will be immediately notified via email and will be able to directly join your group.
3) If your employees do not have a LIM account, ask them to create an account at www.limlessons.com/en/sign-up. After they have signed up, you will be able to search for them by name or email and invite them to join your group.
4) Once a group is created, any group member can schedule and pay for lessons for the group. So either you (as the business administrator) or your employees can manage the group lesson scheduling and payments.
You can purchase credits for lessons after scheduling a lesson (to purchase only the credits required to pay for the lesson), or on the Payments page of your profile you can also purchase a discounted package of credits or any other value of credits.
5) Choose the Tutor you would like to schedule lessons with, click the red "Schedule" button and then for the lesson type, choose the option "Group Lessons". Once you do, you will be shown the names of all groups you are a member of (you can create an infinite number of groups). Choose the group you would like to schedule the lesson for. Next you will see the available days and times for your chosen tutor. Confirm the day and time for the lesson and complete the lesson payment.
6) Once the lesson is confirmed, all group members will receive a Level Test and lesson materials for the lesson.
