Easy and convenient communication between learner and tutor is fundamental for a positive learning and teaching experience. For this reason, we have built an easy to use chat which allows tutors and learners to communicate with each other.
The chat is available in two places on the platform: on the Chat page and in the Online Lesson Space.
Some helpful tools available in the chat are:
1) A translator tool so learners and tutors can quickly see the translation for a word they type in the chat.
2) A file sending option so learners and tutors can easily send any file to each other.
3) Emoji selection so that learners and tutors can add this visual communication to their messages.
